  • If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of our business
  • In case of violation of other laws and regulations.
  Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, as a general rule, Our Clinic will not disclose information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.

• Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  If the User's Personal Information in our possession is incorrect, the User may request that Our Clinic corrects, adds, or deletes (hereinafter referred to as "Correction") his/her personal information in accordance with the procedures we have established.
  If Our Clinic judges that it is necessary to respond to the request from the User as described in the preceding paragraph, Our Clinic will conduct the Correct the relevant personal information without delay.
  When Our Clinic conduct the Correction of the personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph or decides not to do so, Our Clinic will notify the User of such decision without delay.

• Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  When Our Clinic receives a request from the User to stop using or delete his/her Personal Information because it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of the use or that it has been obtained through wrongful means, Our Clinic will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  When a request is made to suspend the use of the Personal Information on the grounds that the Personal Information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that the Personal Information was obtained by wrongful means, Our Clinic will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, it is determined that it is necessary to comply with the request, the use of the relevant personal information will be discontinued without delay.
  If Our Clinic suspends the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to suspend the use of the Personal Information, it will notify the User of this decision without delay.
  Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is difficult to suspend the use of the Personal Information due to the large amount of costs involved in such suspension or to take other alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the User, this alternative measure will be taken.
