What is Telemedicine?

Recommended Cases for Telemedicine
In other words, cases where no testing is required. If you already have a high fever or systemic symptoms such as joint pain, an antigen test may be necessary, and we recommend visiting the clinic in person.

If tests are required, an in-person visit is essential. However, if your condition is stable and only medication adjustments are needed based on previous test results, telemedicine may be suitable.

For conditions such as anxiety disorders or insomnia that require ongoing counseling or medication adjustments, telemedicine may be an option. However, depending on the doctor’s assessment, an in-person consultation may still be necessary—please consult with us first.

How It Works
When making a reservation via our official LINE account, please specify that you would like telemedicine.
Your appointment will be confirmed in the same way as a regular reservation.
We use LINE Call for telemedicine. Since calls cannot be initiated from the clinic’s official LINE, when your appointment time arrives, we will send you a “call request.” Please press the button to initiate the call.
After the consultation, prescribed medication will be delivered to your designated location on the same day.
Insurance Payment:
If paying by insurance, our staff will arrange to collect a copy of your insurance card after your consultation. Please leave it at your apartment reception along with the completed claim form.
Self-Pay:
Payment can be made via QR code or bank transfer. For travelers or patients who can only pay by credit card, please contact our staff via LINE or phone.
