DYM Medical Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "Our Clinic") establishes a Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Services") as follows:

Article 1 (Personal Information)
Personal information refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), namely information about a living individual that can be identified directly or indirectly, either alone or when combined with other information. This includes descriptions such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, as well as physical data, fingerprints, voice recordings, and health insurance membership numbers that can identify a specific individual. This information can be processed through electronic or non-electronic systems.

Article 2 (Personal Information Collection Methods)
When a user (hereinafter referred to as "User") registers, Our Clinic may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number. In addition, Our Clinic may collect transaction records and payment information involving Users from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and advertising distributors; hereinafter referred to as "Partners").

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
Our Clinic's purposes for collecting and using personal information are as follows:
- To provide and operate Our Clinic Services.
- To respond to User inquiries (including identity verification).
- To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns for the services currently being used, and other service information provided by Our Clinic.
- To contact Users regarding maintenance or other important notices when necessary.
- To identify and deny use to Users who violate the terms of use or who attempt to use the services for fraudulent/unauthorized purposes.
- To allow Users to view, change, or delete their own registration information, and view their usage status.
- To collect usage fees for paid services.
- Other purposes related to the points above. -
Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)
Our Clinic will only change the purposes for which we use personal information if the change is reasonably considered to be relevant to the purposes for which we used the change. If a change occurs, Our Clinic will notify Users of the new purposes through a method determined by the Clinic or by posting it on this website.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Our Clinic will not provide personal information to third parties without the User's prior consent, except under the following circumstances or as permitted by personal data protection laws and other laws and regulations:
- It is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
- It is absolutely necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
- It is necessary to cooperate with state agencies, local governments, or parties designated by them in carrying out tasks stipulated by law, where requesting consent would hinder the implementation of those tasks.
- Third parties receiving information are contractually bound to protect the User's personal information and are prohibited from using it for purposes other than providing services necessary for Our Clinic.
Data provided to third parties may include personal identification (name, email, phone number) and financial information (payment information for processing transactions). Data transmission is carried out using secure electronic methods (such as encrypted file transfer protocols or dedicated secure APIs).
Users may request to stop providing personal information to third parties by contacting us. Our clinic will verify their identity before processing such requests.
The following parties are not considered third parties:
- External parties who are delegated the processing of personal information, either in whole or in part, to achieve the intended use.
- Recipients of information resulting from a business transfer due to a merger or other reason.
- Shared use with certain parties, where the User has been informed in advance of the details of the information used, the scope of the parties involved, and the person responsible for managing the data. -
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
Our Clinic will promptly disclose personal information upon request by the User. However, Our Clinic may refuse to disclose some or all of the information if there is a risk to life or property, significant disruption to Clinic operations, or other legal violations.
The administrative fee for disclosing personal information is IDR 100,000 per application. -
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If there are errors in the personal information stored by our Clinic, Users may request corrections, additions, or deletions through established procedures. If the Clinic deems such requests necessary, we will promptly make corrections and notify the User.

Article 8 (Termination of Use of Personal Information)
If a User requests the cessation of use or deletion of personal information on the grounds that the information is being used beyond its intended purpose or has been obtained illegally, Our Clinic will promptly investigate. Based on the results of the investigation, if necessary, we will discontinue use of the information and notify the User. If cessation of use is costly, we will take alternative measures to protect the User's rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Policy may be changed at any time without prior notice to Users, unless otherwise provided by law. The revised Policy will be effective from the time it is posted to this website, unless otherwise specified by Our Clinic.
