About our outpatient services for lifestyle disease
Unhealthy lifestyle habits such as lack of exercise, overeating and obesity can lead to lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia. These diseases often do not show symptoms in the early stages and treatment is often delayed even when they are detected during a medical check-up.
However, if left untreated, these diseases can increase the risk of serious complications such as cancer, stroke and myocardial infarction. Therefore, it is important to review and improve lifestyle and eating habits.
We prioritize early screening and prevention of lifestyle diseases and offer a variety of special tests and treatments. If you are concerned, please come to our clinic for further examination.
Type of Service
- Diabetes care:
- Prevents, diagnoses and treats diabetes. Provides blood glucose control, diet and refers patients to internal medicine physicians for continued insulin therapy if needed.
- Hypertension care:
- Prevents, diagnoses and treats hypertension. Provides blood pressure monitoring, medication therapy, nutritional guidance.
- Dyslipidemia care:
- Diagnoses and treats dyslipidemia, including hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia. The service provides blood lipid measurements, medication therapy and lifestyle.
- Metabolic Syndrome care:
- Prevents, diagnoses and treats Metabolic Syndrome. Provides comprehensive health management plans and helps people improve their lifestyle.
Common examination findings
- Suspected Diabetes:
- High fasting blood glucose, high HbA1c or family history of diabetes.
- Suspected Hypertension:
- If you have high blood pressure on physical examination or have a family member with high blood pressure.
- Suspected Dyslipidemia:
- If you have high cholesterol or triglyceride levels on medical examination.
- Obesity:
- If you have tried dieting but have not been successful or have health problems related to obesity.
- Metabolic Syndrome:
- People with a large waist circumference and high fasting blood glucose and blood pressure.
- For people who want to prevent lifestyle disease:
- We recommend that you undergo a medical examination.
- For those who find abnormalities in the examination results:
- We recommend further outpatient consultation.

A．It depends on your symptoms and treatment plan, but we recommend every one to three months.
