How to make a reservation

Reservations can be made via our official LINE account or by phone.
You can also visit us without making a reservation. We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

What to bring on the day

・Photo ID
・Insurance certificate
・Vaccine record book, etc.
Please bring photo ID such as your passport (a copy is acceptable) or Thai driver's license or ID card.

  Please present your identification and insurance card at the reception.

  If this is your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a consultation questionnaire. If you are using insurance, you will be asked to fill out a claim form depending on the insurance you are using.

  For cashless insurance, some insurance policies may require you to sign a bill at the end.
