Q. This is my first visit. Do I need to make a reservation?

It is not required. You can visit us without making a reservation, but we recommend that you make a reservation in advance to minimize waiting time and ensure a smooth consultation. Please make a reservation here.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
Q. Are the vaccines recommended for my stay in Indonesia available here?

Yes, we provide various vaccines ranging from Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Japanese Encephalitis and Rabies. Please click here for more information.
Q. Are there any parking?

Yes, there is a parking area directly connected to the building. For information on how to access or reach our clinic from the parking area, click here.
Q. Is is possible to speak in English instead of Indonesian?
A.
Yes, other than Japanese and Indonesian, we also provide our services in English from the moment you enter the clinic until you finish your visit.
Q. I would like to cancel my reservation, what should I do?
A.
Please contact our clinic through the telephone or WhatsApp.
Q. Can I have the clinic prescribe medicine that are usually available in Japan?
A.
Often, the exact same brand of medication as in Japan is not available, but we will prescribe medication with the same effect as those distributed in the area. However, since medications for the same indications may not be available locally, please inquire first before coming to the hospital.
Q. Does this clinic provide online consultations?

For the time being we do not provide online consultations, however we will make an announcement when we do.。

Q. Is it possible to do a physical reexamination if an abnormality is found during my medical check-up in Japan or another health facility?
A.
Some tests can be performed at the hospital, but there are also tests that cannot be conducted at the hospital. Please contact us for more information. For further details on the tests that can be done at the hospital, please click here.
Q. When do I need to start fasting?
A.
Please start fasting 10 to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. During fasting, only water is allowed, but for certain tests like a barium examination, different instructions may apply. For more details, please check here.

After you pay the treatment fee, we can prepare the documents that are required for you to claim the reimbursement fee after you comeback to your home country.
